"God, I can push the grass apart and lay my finger on Thy heart. "
-Edna St. Vincent Millay
Sorry for my absence lately. I've been busy enjoying pieces of paradise.
I can't help but spend hours walking through the green of Spring.
And I forget about computers and 'inside.'
But then I remember YOU, and think how much I wish I could share all of this beauty with you, in person that is.
Pictures will have to do.
Sending a tender green hug to all of you!
xoxo country girl
Enjoying pieces of paradise is the best reason to stay away from the computer that I can think of!
ReplyDeleteBut thankyou for coming back to the computer and sharing those glimpses of paradise!
You really do live in paradise!
ReplyDeleteooohhh... i could get used to this.

ReplyDelete~such breathtaking photos and land where you live...i would be there as well if that were where i called home...may you embrace each moment of spring as it comes...warm wishes and brightest blessings~
ReplyDeleteOk, it is settled. You and Ramon MUST come to Maine, homeland and heartplace of Edna St. Vincent Millay. My neighbor Kate Pemberton Stearns KNEW Edna and was totally mesmerized by her "electrical presence."

Sweet Dawn! Beautiful images....the world that surrounds you is breathtaking! I saved your photo 'Rieger Horses' as my desk top....it seriously made me sigh when I saw it. The fluffy clouds against the pretty blue...oh so lovely!

ReplyDeleteHey Erin and Katrina! I am so glad you like the photos. I took them at the Rieger ranch, which is an hour and a half hike away from my home. It's stunning! I took about 50 photos and had a hard time choosing just a few. Feel free to use them!
